This large-scale renovation aimed to elevate the facility's architectural and facade aesthetics, successfully blending the brand’s premium identity with the rigorous functional requirements of a high-end aesthetic plastic surgery and skin laser clinic.

Architectural & Facade Renovation: Directed the design transformation, delivering a striking, modern exterior that serves as a new landmark for the Khon Kaen district.
Advanced Parametric Design: Employed sophisticated parametric design workflows and modular systems within Autodesk Revit to develop a bespoke facade identity.
BIM-Integrated Renovation: Utilized BIM methodology as the core tool to synthesize new architectural and facade designs with existing structural constraints, ensuring seamless coordination.
