The renovation of EMMA Clinic’s Khon Kaen branch is a flagship project spanning 1,136 sq.m. located on the prominent Sri Chan Road in Khon Kaen. This large-scale renovation aimed to elevate the facility's architectural and facade aesthetics, successfully blending the brand’s premium identity with the rigorous functional requirements of a high-end aesthetic plastic surgery and skin laser clinic.

Role & Responsibilities

• Position: BIM Production

• Key Scope:

  • Architectural & Facade Renovation: Directed the design transformation, delivering a striking, modern exterior that serves as a new landmark for the Khon Kaen district.

  • Advanced Parametric Design: Employed sophisticated parametric design workflows and modular systems within Autodesk Revit to develop a bespoke facade identity.

  • BIM-Integrated Renovation: Utilized BIM methodology as the core tool to synthesize new architectural and facade designs with existing structural constraints, ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Technical Documentation: Produced high-fidelity 3D architectural models and comprehensive construction drawings, establishing a precise BIM-based documentation framework for efficient execution.
