The renovation of EMMA Clinic’s Phitsanulok branch is a 401 sq.m. architectural project located in the heart of Mueang Phitsanulok. This project focused on a complete transformation of both the building's exterior and interior, establishing a signature aesthetic that aligns with the clinic's premium brand identity while addressing the complex requirements of a specialized medical facility.

  • Architectural & Facade Renovation: Directed the design transformation, creating a distinctive modern exterior identity.

  • Modular & Parametric Design: Utilized advanced parametric design workflows in Autodesk Revit to develop a sophisticated, modular facade system.

  • BIM-Integrated Renovation: Implemented BIM methodology to bridge the gap between existing structural constraints and the new architectural design, ensuring high-precision fit-out.

  • Technical Documentation: Developed comprehensive 3D models and construction drawings, providing a unified digital framework that guided the project from concept through to completion.
