The renovation of EMMA Clinic’s Lat Prao branch is an 800 sq.m. project focused on revitalizing an aesthetic plastic surgery and skin laser facility. Located on Lat Phrao Road, Bangkok, the project involved a complete architectural and facade transformation designed to elevate the clinic’s brand identity while adhering to the rigorous functional requirements of a high-end medical space.

  • Architectural & Facade Design: Led the comprehensive renovation design, focusing on a distinctive, sophisticated exterior identity.

  • Parametric Facade Systems: Employed advanced parametric design workflows to create a unique modular facade system.

  • BIM-Integrated Renovation: Utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) to seamlessly integrate new architectural and facade layers with existing structural constraints.

  • Medical Facility Documentation: Developed precise 3D architectural models and construction documentation, ensuring the design met both medical functionality standards and the client’s brand aesthetic.
