U-Tapao International Aviation

The U-Tapao International Airport project is a landmark infrastructure development spanning over 1,300,000 sq.m. (Terminal area: 475,000 sq.m.). As a key initiative within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) under the "Thailand 4.0" national strategic plan, this project represents the pinnacle of modern airport infrastructure design.

Role & Responsibilities

• Position: BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator

• Key Scope:

  • Strategic BIM Management: Developed comprehensive Master BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and established project-wide strategic frameworks.

  • Standardization & Protocol: Defined operational guidelines, workflows, and BIM protocols to ensure consistency across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Technical Consultancy: Provided expert technical counsel to streamline data integration and collaborative workflows throughout the concept and schematic design stages.

  • Quality Assurance & Control: Audited and validated BIM model quality, ensuring strict adherence to project standards and design requirements.

  • Advanced Clash Detection: Conducted rigorous conflict analysis, ranging from detailed building connection points to macro-level integration within the project’s Master Plan.

  • Project Analytics: Compiled high-level BIM summaries and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.
