U-Tapao International Aviation Headquarters

Designing the Future of Aviation.

The UTA Headquarters is the corporate office of U-Tapao International Aviation Company Limited (UTA), developed to support the strategic implementation of U-Tapao International Airport and Eastern Aviation City—a landmark initiative within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, the approximately 1,000-square-meter headquarters is conceived as more than a workplace. It is a physical expression of UTA's vision to position Thailand as a regional aviation hub and the gateway to Asia.

Our multidisciplinary team delivered the project from architectural and interior design through construction coordination, ensuring a seamless realization of the original design vision. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was integrated throughout every stage of the project, enabling precision, coordination, and design excellence from concept to completion.

Inspired by the dynamic spirit of aviation, the architecture embraces a refined contemporary language with a distinctive futuristic identity. Clean geometries, elegant proportions, and carefully curated materiality create an environment that is timeless, sophisticated, and purpose-driven.

The spatial experience has been thoughtfully orchestrated to balance functionality with corporate prestige. A welcoming lobby, executive meeting facilities, and collaborative workspaces establish a professional first impression, while the mezzanine level introduces a grand pre-function space and an exclusive VIP boardroom designed for executive engagement and strategic decision-making.

Every design decision was guided by a commitment to clarity, innovation, and enduring quality—creating a headquarters that reflects the ambition of one of Thailand's most significant aviation developments while setting a new benchmark for contemporary corporate workplace design.
