The U-Tapao International Airport project is a landmark infrastructure development spanning over 1,300,000 sq.m. (Terminal area: 475,000 sq.m.). Strategic BIM Management: Developed comprehensive Master BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and established project-wide strategic frameworks.

Technical Consultancy: Provided expert technical counsel to streamline data integration and collaborative workflows throughout the concept and schematic design stages.

Advanced Clash Detection: Conducted rigorous conflict analysis, ranging from detailed building connection points to macro-level integration within the project’s Master Plan.
