The renovation of EMMA Clinic’s Ladprao branch is an 800 sq.m. interior design project for a premium aesthetic plastic surgery and skin laser facility. Located on Lat Phrao Road, Bangkok, the design goal was to revitalize the space to reflect the clinic’s modern, high-end brand identity while meeting the strict functional requirements of a medical environment.

Interior Concept & Development: Led the complete interior design renovation, ensuring the space is both aesthetically pleasing and clinically functional.
BIM-Driven Interior Workflow: Employed Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology to manage the interior fit-out, ensuring high accuracy and design consistency.
Structural Coordination: Utilized a unified BIM environment to seamlessly integrate new interior design concepts with existing structural constraints, minimizing site conflicts.
Technical Documentation: Produced detailed 3D interior models and comprehensive construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, facilitating precise project execution.
