AMT Skincare Laboratory, Bangkok

A Refined Laboratory Inspired by Nature and Science.

Located within Ascott Sathorn Bangkok, the AMT Skincare Laboratory transforms an existing hotel space into a contemporary research environment that reflects the brand's philosophy of "Beauty of Natural Reflection." The project reimagines approximately 300 square metres as a laboratory where scientific precision and natural simplicity coexist in balance.

The design adopts a restrained architectural language, defined by clean lines, warm neutral tones, and carefully selected materials that express clarity, purity, and craftsmanship. Inspired by the relationship between nature and science, the interior creates a calm, functional environment that supports research while reinforcing the identity of the AMT brand.

The spatial planning prioritises efficiency, flexibility, and technical performance, ensuring that laboratory operations are seamlessly integrated within a refined architectural setting. Particular attention was given to the coordination of structural and building services, allowing the technical requirements of the facility to be discreetly incorporated into the overall design.

The completed laboratory demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can transform a highly specialised workplace into a space that is both functional and timeless—where innovation, precision, and brand identity are expressed through simplicity and enduring design
