The Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) project is a pioneering initiative designed as a model pilot facility. Serving as a state-of-the-art BIM Training Center, Workshop, and Seminar facility, this project represents the intersection of professional education and modern workplace design. Located in Bangkok, the facility stands as a benchmark for integrated digital construction and interior design excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position: Interior Designer

  • Key Scope:

    • Interior Design Innovation: Provided comprehensive interior design solutions that balance creative architectural innovation with the strict functional requirements of an educational and workshop space.

    • BIM-Driven Consultancy: Spearheaded an end-to-end BIM workflow from project inception to final physical realization, ensuring that all design elements were fully coordinated within a digital environment.

    • Cost-Optimized Detailed Design: Engineered alternative design options to align with strict construction budgets without compromising on aesthetic quality or functional standards.

    • Complex Structural Coordination: Orchestrated the seamless integration of intricate interior design elements with the building's primary structural frameworks within Autodesk Revit.

  • Advanced Clash-Free Documentation: Utilized advanced digital coordination to ensure all interior and structural elements were perfectly aligned, resulting in a high-precision, clash-free construction set.
