BTS Visionary Park is a large-scale, mixed-use commercial development covering 170,000 sq.m. in Bangkok, Thailand. Developed by BTS Group Holding Public Co., Ltd. and constructed by Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Co., Ltd., this project stands as a benchmark for high-standard modern infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

• Position: BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeler

• Scope of Work:

  • Construction Stage: Delivered comprehensive BIM modeling (LOD 300) across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless cross-disciplinary coordination.

  • Shop Drawing Stage: Produced high-precision architectural shop drawings (LOD 500), facilitating accurate and efficient on-site construction execution.

  • Facility Management: Integrated critical asset data into the BIM environment, providing a robust digital foundation for long-term facility operations and maintenance.

Key Successes & Technical Expertise The integration of BIM methodologies significantly optimized the project lifecycle from pre-construction through completion:

• Enhanced Coordination: Utilized a connected digital workflow—including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)—to improve collaboration and streamline communication.

• Efficiency: Proactive clash detection and precise 3D modeling significantly reduced the volume of Requests for Information (RFIs) and mitigated construction delays.

• Lifecycle Value: Bridged the gap between construction and operations by implementing BIM-ready asset data, enabling the owner to transition smoothly into efficient facility management.
