The BIM LAB BY EIT is a model showcase facility, designed to embody the elite practices and innovative spirit of the Engineering Institute of Thailand. Serving as a multi-functional space for professional seminars, advanced workshops, and research laboratory activities, this project stands as a prime example of high-precision interior architecture coordinated through advanced digital workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position: BIM Production

  • Key Scope:

    • Comprehensive Interior Architecture: Led the design and spatial mapping for a high-performance environment, balancing technical laboratory requirements with professional seminar functionality.

    • BIM-Centric Spatial Configuration: Utilized Autodesk Revit to develop complex spatial layouts, ensuring every design element was accurately modeled and coordinated.

    • Rigorous Internal Auditing: Conducted meticulous audits to integrate complex interior joinery templates with pre-existing structural layouts.

    • Clash-Free Coordination: Proactively identified and resolved cross-discipline interferences during the design phase to ensure flawless execution on-site.
